Boba Production Procedure

 

Boba   to  water  ratio  of  1 : 7

Boba  1000g

Water  7,000c.c.

Fructose  200g

 (Add granulated sugar, brown sugar syrup, honey, etc, if desire)

 


     

     

    1. Sift the boba, filter the powder and incomplete boba.
    2. When water is boiled, pour in the boba and keep stirring to avoid boba sticking together.
    3. When all boba have floated, switch to medium heat and time for 30 minutes.   Note:Keep the boba rolling.
    4. When the time is up, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and continue to boil the boba for 30 minutes.
    5. Filter and drain the boba , continue rinsing with cold drinking water until they are cool down, then place them in a container.
    6. Blend in with fructose and boba is ready.
