Boba Production Procedure
Boba to water ratio of 1 : 7 Boba 1000g Water 7,000c.c. Fructose 200g (Add granulated sugar, brown sugar syrup, honey, etc, if desire) |

- Sift the boba, filter the powder and incomplete boba.
- When water is boiled, pour in the boba and keep stirring to avoid boba sticking together.
- When all boba have floated, switch to medium heat and time for 30 minutes. Note:Keep the boba rolling.
- When the time is up, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and continue to boil the boba for 30 minutes.
- Filter and drain the boba , continue rinsing with cold drinking water until they are cool down, then place them in a container.
- Blend in with fructose and boba is ready.
