When Will I Receive My Order?

Delivery times depends on the type of delivery you choose. In the United States, we use FedEx for our deliveries. You can choose between these two options:

- Standard Delivery 3-8 Business Days: Boba 2 U offers 2-4 day FedEx Standard Delivery and USPS for all purchases throughout the United States at a cost of $ 10.00 or up (based on the order's weight) For all states the delivery takes between 3 -8 business days, except for Hawaii and Puerto Rico where it can take up to 8-12 days for the order to be delivered. 

- Next Day Delivery: You can also choose FedEx Next Day Delivery or USPS to anywhere in the United States at a cost of approximately $30.00 or up (based on the order's weight). Orders placed before 1pm EST to arrive the next day. Deliveries are scheduled during normal business hours Monday thru Friday.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

All delivery cost are calculated on the weight. Within the United States, Standard Delivery (2-4 days) approximately $10.00. Next Day Delivery (which guarantees delivery the day after it’s been placed within 1pm EST), costs $30.00 or up. 

At certain times of the year we are happy to offer you free shipping for one or both shipping types, it will then be clearly indicated in the checkout. If you sign up for our Newsletter, you will always be the first to know when free shipping is on. 

Does Boba 2 U Deliver To P.O. Boxes?

To protect your purchase, we are unable to deliver any orders to APO / FPO or P.O. Boxes. Please provide a suitable shipping address where we can ensure delivery and where someone can sign for your order 

Does Boba 2 U Ship To Multiple Addresses?

We do not ship to multiple addresses with a single order placed online. Please place the orders for each address separately.

ORDER TRACKING

Will You Notify Me When You Ship My Order?

When we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number that you will be able to use on the FedEx website to check the status of your order at any time during the delivery process. Please see Deliveries for further information.

It can take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be activated from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will also contain the invoice of your order, and it is also the moment in which your credit card has been debited. 

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order at any time. Please bear in mind it can take up to 12 hours from the receipt of that email for the tracking information to be available.  

Which Carrier Do You Use?

We deliver with FedEx and USPS. Both deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6pm.
