Pudding Powder Production Procedure

 

 

Pudding Powder : 1,000g 

Water : 12,000cc

Granulated Sugar  :   1,000g (replace with fructose if desire) Ration   1 : 12

     

    1. Let the water boils
    2.  Add pudding powder and stir
    3. Add in all the sugar and continue to stir well until it dissolves
    4. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and let stand for about 10 minutes
    5. Stir again, dispense into containers, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator
    6. Once the puddings have solidified, it is completed
