Pudding Powder Production Procedure
Pudding Powder : 1,000g Water : 12,000cc Granulated Sugar : 1,000g (replace with fructose if desire) Ration 1 : 12 |
- Let the water boils
- Add pudding powder and stir
- Add in all the sugar and continue to stir well until it dissolves
- Turn off the heat, cover the pot and let stand for about 10 minutes
- Stir again, dispense into containers, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator
- Once the puddings have solidified, it is completed
